Holly & Thistle

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 October 2026

1. Who we are and your agreement

Holly & Thistle is the seller and provider of the workshops and gift vouchers described on this website. You contract with Holly & Thistle for the workshop service. Contact us at hello@hollyandthistle.uk.

By continuing to use this website or purchasing a voucher, you agree to these terms. If you book for a group or organisation, you must have authority to act on its behalf. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

2. Workshops and bookings

We provide private Christmas wreath-making workshops in clients’ homes across London and Cheshire. Each booking requires at least six guests. All foliage, moss, frames, tools, ribbons and styling accessories are included; Bling & Baileys also includes cocktail ingredients.

An enquiry does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking. Dates, location, party size and any specific arrangements must be agreed with us in writing. We will explain any booking payment, cancellation or rescheduling terms before you confirm; we do not apply undisclosed cancellation charges.

Please provide a suitable, safe workspace and tell us about access needs, allergies or other requirements before booking. Guests must follow safety guidance when using tools and materials. Alcohol is only for guests aged 18 or over.

3. Gift vouchers

Each voucher covers one place at its selected workshop, not a private workshop for an entire group. The minimum six-guest booking still applies. The buyer receives a code by email following completed payment and may pass it to the recipient as a gift.

To arrange a workshop, email us with the voucher code, preferred dates, location and party size. Redemption is arranged with us and is subject to availability; buying a voucher does not secure a date. Keep the code safe and contact us if it is lost or the email does not arrive.

Any voucher validity period or other purchase-specific conditions must be disclosed before purchase; these terms do not introduce an undisclosed expiry date. A refunded voucher cannot subsequently be redeemed.

4. Payments and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Online voucher payment, billing, tax and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The checkout displays the applicable price, taxes and total before payment. Vouchers are one-off purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically.

Our Refund Policy explains the 30-day refund period and how to request a refund. Workshop scheduling questions should be sent directly to us.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the website or our services unlawfully, commit fraud, send spam, infringe intellectual property rights, introduce malware, probe or interfere with security, or scrape the website without permission. Do not misuse voucher codes or attempt to bypass payment or access controls.

6. Intellectual property

Holly & Thistle retains ownership of its service and intellectual property, including its software, workshop documentation and branding. Website photography and other content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal browsing and booking, but may not reproduce or commercially redistribute our materials without permission.

You keep ownership of any material you supply and must have permission to share it. You may take home the wreath you make. Our Arts & Crafts-inspired workshops are not affiliated with or endorsed by Liberty.

7. Availability and ending access

We take reasonable care to provide our website and services, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website performance.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Any action will be proportionate and will not remove your statutory rights or any refund entitlement.

8. Responsibility and disputes

We remain responsible where the law requires, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud and your statutory consumer rights. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern.

We may update these terms for future use. The terms agreed at purchase continue to apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
